Thank you so much, my oven broke beyond repair and haven't had a budget yet to get a new one. But craving to 'bake' a cake for a long while already. And I do have some ripened bananas in the freezer! Just may scratch my itch.

You can substitute with All Purpose Flour but fm the qty of flour remove 2 tspns & replace it with 2 tspns Corn flour. Works v well for me. Do try.

My experience...yes, you can but remove 2 tspns of the flour and replace it with 2 tspns corn flour. Works v well for me. You might like to try this.

Bonjour et merci pour cette recette originale et jolie. Juste une question : à quelle température sur plaques électriques car hier je l'ai fait mais au démoulage catastrophe ça a brulé un peu et la banane est restée au fond de la poêle inox. J'ai mis thermostat 7- 6. Mais il est quand même délicieux.

AFAIK you can use butter. Use the same weight/amount but melt the butter first so it's also a liquid consistency. Let it cool down to room temp too or you'll cook the other ingredients.
