Banana Loaf Bread | BANANA BREAD | Lordeliza Salundaguit

Banana Bread Recipe:
• 4 Large Eggs
• 1 Cup Buttermilk
• 1 and 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
• 2 Cups Mashed Bananas (Over ripe)
• 3 Teaspoon vanilla
• 2 Cups Brown Sugar
• 1 Cup Raw Sugar
• 3 Cups All purpose flour
• 1 Teaspoon Salt
• Do not over mix the mixture
This recipe can make 4pcs. of 7x3 Loaf pan.
if you want to achieve a flat top
bake at 140 degree celcuis
if you want to achieve a dome top and crack on top
Bake at 160 degree celcuis.
Bake for 55 minutes or about an hour.
• Knob function UP and DOWN
@ 55 Minutes check if already done by doing toothpick test
I'm using 90Liters hanabishi oven from oven ph

Hi po, bakit po pala walang baking powder? By the way ang ganda po ng alsa at mukha din masarap, I'll try this recipe. Lagi po kasi nagsishrink ang banana bread ko, sana dito makuha ko na yun gusto kong alsa.

Hello po sana masagot nyo yung tanung ko 😅 gagawa po kasi ako ng apat na batch nyang recipe nyo nahihirapan ako mag halo sa apat na bowl pwede ko po ba pag samahin nalang lahat yung apat na batch ng recipe nyo? Same temperature po, palagi ko lang po nirerecomend na gumamit po ng oven thermometer para matignan kung acurate yung temperature ng oven..

Hello po hehe di po yan kase minsan sa mga cakes may ratio na every 1 cup of flour is 1 cup din ng sugar. And there is salt,so don't worry kase salt brings out all the flavors.Parang flavor stabilizer agent siya 😊

Yes po hindi siya masyadong matamis kasi brown sugar yung ginamit naten and meron tayong salt kaya balance po ang tamis niya. Kaya Hindi siya nakakaumay.
