Banana Muffins

recipe
Mix together
4 smashed banana oe 1 cup
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup mayo
in separate bowl
mix 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 t salt
2 t baking soda
incorporate the flour slowly into the banana mixture until blended.
scoop into muffin tin
top with pinch of brown sugar
bake 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. enjoy
