I live in Banaras, and I have been to Manikarnika Ghat countless times, I admit people are scared of dead bodies, but I have never experienced any such untoward incident till now. Banaras is the only city where you will see people walking around in the night, even before three o'clock the preparation of Aarti starts on the ghats. Manikarnika Ghat is considered to be the means of salvation, and here what we see is the only truth of life. I don't think anyone should have any objection in coming here unless your heart has the power to understand and accept the truth. I also don't deny with the fact that there is no negative energy in Banaras but you will not find it near any religious place at least not at Manikarnika and if you feel such then this can be just because of your mind thinking about it. No worries come and enjoy the Holiness of Banaras❤️❤️

Manikarnika Ghat is known as mukti Dham and Mukti means Freedom.... Here souls gets freedom so there is no ghost or something there...... My grandfather told me once that there when my great grandfather died my family members took his dead body at night around 3-2am and came back in the morning.....so there are no ghosts there.......but still loved the story......

Ok, well done on story and animation part, but i am a citizen of varanasi, the story is not real, 2nd aghoris do their ritual but not in open, Manikarnika ghat is maha shamshan ghat, where bodies are burning 24x7, which means there are people present on the ghat all the time, plus the people of ghats who provides you with woods and all the ritual products are also there. So this story is not true but interesting and well written and great work on naration and animation.

Me and my parents shifted in a rented house in vns . I was 8 years old . One night I woke up to drink water. I saw someone sitting and crying on the first stair , She was coming closer to me . She was looking horrible . I fell down and was unconsious. I woke up next morning in my bed . I told all this to my mum . But nobody believed me. One day our maid burnt in kitchen and the neighbours told that a women owned that house married a man but due to domestic violence she was not happy so she burnt herself . oh dear I am from Varanasi.. don't be scared.. varanasi is just like every other city but what makes it unique is the presence of many temples and ghats like assi and dashashwamedh... varanasi is also an ancient city...yes varanasi have ghats like manikarnika and harishchandra ghat where dead bodies are burnt but people come here to die because of having faith of mukti that's why varanasi know as city of mahakal ..you know death is the final destination of life ..when you visit such places like hospital or ghats you feel that you are not immortal and all your selfishness etc don't matter ..you saw death at this ghats and hence got new life lessons ...but please don't visit samsan ghat at night because some places have negative energies just like worship places have positive energies...
