This is really helpful! Thank you for sharing your knowledge :) I have an upcoming interview as Nurse practitioner which is a band 6 role. I have 10 days left to prepare for the interview and a short 5 min presentation. Can I ask you something? It says to prepare a presentation on my perception of the role of vascular nurse practitioner within the trust. is it asking me of what I think the responsibilities are or what I think of the role?? I hope you get where my confusion is hehe. Thanks so much and more power to you, Carol!

Thank you for taking the time to feedback Louella. If asking for your perceptions of the role, you will need to reflect the job description in some way to give a view of the role & you could also summarise what the national literature/ guidance says about the role perhaps. I have a video on how to prepare a presentation for interview too as you'll need to be focused on the key points, as you don't have long to present. You could perhaps ask for clarification from interview lead if you're unsure. Wishing you all the best in your interview Louella!
