War wieder ein tolles Konzert. Ich hatte mich ganz oben auf die Treppe begeben. Ich wollte mal die ganze Aussicht genießen. Letztes Jahr in München stand ich immer unglücklich und konnte Misa nicht sehen. :( Das wollte ich dieses Mal vermeiden. Die jungen Frauen haben mal wieder herzlich gerockt. Nächstes Mal muss ich wieder hin. Das Drumsolo war super. Eigentlich können Akane und Misa allein mal eine Runde jammen. Das wäre dann ein ganz relaxter Abend. Die sind sooo gut. :)

Very nice video experience and report - at 30:30 you're right, I used the Band-Maiko bag to give them some custom guitar picks (as a veteran guitar player, I'm in awe of their talent, so picks were the ideal gift) - but never ever could I have foreseen what would follow! So sweet!

Ach Mensch, schade daß wir uns verpaßt haben, aber ulkigerweise hast Du mich bei 2:15 erwischt, als ich mit der Jacke über der Schulter etwas verkniffen in der Gegend rumguckte, denn ich wollte mich auch noch mit Vladimir Chupin treffen, der übrigens wieder excellente Aufnahmen gemacht hat, die er warscheinlich hochläd, wenn er wieder in Moskau ist. Nach einem Zwischenstopp bei mir in Bremen sind wir weiter nach Hamburg gefahren, wo es gefühlt draußen kühler (ca. 27 Grad) als drinnen war. Dort gab es Security beim Betreten aber gefühlt wäre es auch ohne gegangen. Jedenfalls gabs wieder eine Autogrammstunde, so hatten wir Zeit genug, Sachen und Getränke zu besorgen. Witziger kleiner Laden, aber sehr gemütlich mit einer kniehohen Bühne, aber einer höllisch lauten Lautsprecheranlage. Mir summt es immer noch in den Ohren, aber so brauch ich das auch! Bei der Hitze gab es öfter mal Pausen zum Schweißabtupfen und Luftholen aber alle haben tapfer durchgehalten, und ich glaube wir waren alle erleichtert, daß niemandem schwummerig wurde. Bochum war auch für mich das Beste, was ich gesehen hab, obwohl Amsterdam schon toll war und Hamburg eine ganz eigene Qualität hatte. Ich finde es schön, wie Du die Anfahrt und Ankunft mit den wartenden Leuten beschrieben hast. Diese "kleinen" Sachen runden den Report ab. Kompliment und danke für Dein Upload. Vielleicht klappts ja nächstes Mal mit dem Treffen. Ich meine mitbekommen zu haben, daß sie bald wieder rüberkommen- Gruß Joki.

何か、舌足らずの投稿だったので、誤解をされた方が多かったようで、申し訳ない。投稿の意図は普段と全く異なる環境で高いレベルでの演奏・歌唱がなされた事について感嘆する意味で投稿したのですが、言葉の壁は結構大きいようです。　ちなみに日本語の「凄い」は英語の"Great"に近いと思います。ですから「凄すぎ」は「凄い」の「度が過ぎる」訳ですから、"Greatest"に相当すると思います。悪しからず。

Do any girls go to Band-Maid concerts? See like all of their fans are guys. I'm a guy I'm a fan. Haven't told my wife about all the girl bands in Japan. She watches stupid stuff on TV, I watch Japanese girl guitar players on KZbin.

the majority of the crowd was indeed made up of 20-60 year old men, but there were women in the crowd and from the look of it and the discussions afterward they very very much enjoyed the concert. The reactions, especially by women, when I say I went to the concert of a japanese female rock band is dishearteningly sexistic actually, as it seems many don't seem able to grasp the fact that I went there because the girls are incredibly talented and their music is actually supremely good. Yes they are easy on the eye, but that's just a bonus. Shrug ... In the end it's their loss if they miss out on BM :/

@@SocialNetwooky When people tells me such stupid comments about going to see japanese female bands, I always answer that if it was for sexy looks, I'd go to concert of any pop/r'n b twerking half-nude "star" of the day. Not my thing. And BTW, back in the days, if the girls were screaming at Beatles concerts, it was FIRST because their music was amazing. Then they were good looking too ;-)

Why doesn't Band-Maid appeal to women? I couldn't see any females in the queue or the audience and that seems to be typical for one of their shows. Even the Japan shows look to be about 90% male.

@@doitsujinotaku1414 In Hamburg, there were more women to be seen, some with her boyfriends or husbands, some alone, some with tatoos and one in a maid-costume. Many of them were just over twenty, that makes hope, that Band Maid is not only a band for middle/old aged males.

Took my daughter as I messed up my ticketing. There were two females behind us. Daughter really liked them as she had not listened to them before. Next European tour, I will try and visit a concert besides London.
