I share your music as much as i can. It brings tears to my eyes. Saiki, Miku, Kanami, Misa, and Akane have brought my spirit back after being homeless for 6 years on the streets of southern California. You saved my life❤❤❤❤❤
なんと!2021年10月27日発売BAND-MAIDのNew Single「Sense」初回生産限定盤には "THE DAY OF MAID”のお給仕映像が6曲も収録されているんだって、今すぐ予約しなきゃ! 収録曲"I still seek revenge." "Youth" "Why Why Why" "H-G-K" "CHEMICAL REACTION" "本懐"
@@増田仁-i9f This is true. The members have always worked hard to advance their craft. Miku had no guitar experience when she started the band; now she is very good. Most days they work on improving and practicing for several hours. And when they record, they typically work 8 hour days or more. But they also maintain humor and joy. I was hearing rock music from its beginnings. I will be 70 years old in less than two months. And for more than five years, Band-Maid is my favorite band on the planet.
Look, what I really love about BAND-MAID is that I can listen to their music over and over and NEVER feel like I am hearing the same stuff over and over. They are really the best band ever at playing music that is instantly recognizable as BAND-MAID rock and not being the same thing over and over again! I LOVE IT!

You are exactly right. Never get tired of them because it's always something different. And always something GOOD different. I hate to admit this, but I've listened to them about 90% of the time for 2 years now. I'm old, and not since The Beatles have I been so enthralled with a band. And a band that I can't understand most of what they sing.?.?.?. Saw them live once, seeing them again live in a month from now, I guess you're never too old for great music.... Band-Maid, wow.

Every time I watch them play live, I get something new out of it and notice one of them more than before. Misa, Kanami, they're just absolute shredders and so good.

Kanami's beautifully serene expression while she shreds up a storm shows that she truly is a goddess of the guitar ❤️

"Shreds?" She plays some pentatonic runs and some chords tossed in during the solo. She plays a well-rehearsed solo note-for-note as the same as the studio recording. It is good. She does a good job. But it is not shredding.

@@johnp.johnson1541 she does just exactly what's needed to serve the overall emotional feel of the song she composed, which frequently incorporates a number of techniques that most guitarists would consider "shredding" by any definition. However, her sensibilities as a composer when knowing when to stay in the pocket and when to go all out is yet another quality that makes her not just good, but great.

@@hunglikeaheretic You: " which frequently incorporates a number of techniques that most guitarists would consider "shredding" by any definition." You are wrong here, flat out wrong. She does not dive bombing, no sweep picking, no string jumping, no arpeggios, no two-handed tapping in her solo here. The playing is measured, the pace, easy. You reveal yourself to e someone who not only does not play guitar but does not know much about the instrument especially in rock music. You: "...when to stay in the pocket ..." No one says this of guitarists and dummies parrot that of bassists. The solo is nice in the song, but it is not "shredding." Tōno plays live what she has written and practiced. She has never demonstrated any skill at improvisation. Many hours of watching live boots confirms this. She strives to play note-for-note what was laid down on the albums. Good luck though!

The hard stop at the end of _Different_ is, well, pretty phenomenal, there aren't many bands who could pull that off (those last four notes Misa slides up to - badabada! - are so clean!).

Hardest Female Rock Band in the World. Extremely Talented as well.
The only band that can melt your face and your heart at the same time.

@@nuclearchef-san8304 Sorry you have suffered so much hearing loss. In the old days, the importance of protecting our hearing wasn't taken as seriously as it is now. I've been fortunate in my 60's to have only lost some of the higher frequencies, which is amazing considering my lack of care in music and in the workplace. I envy you being that close to these ladies. I would absolutely love to meet each and every one of them, but especially the pigeon. She's more than the founder, she's the driving force behind this band and the wizard behind the curtain. As Chase Carneson says(paraphrased); They are important and special. We need to take care of them.

Not the only band. There is this other band called LOVEBITES...... ( Wolfpack united! )

Nah, the same is true for many Japanese all-female bands.
Akane HAS got to be the worlds happiest drummer and her joy is sooo infectious! I cannot watch these ladies and not come away with out a big grin on my face!

Either Akane or Pau from The Warning. Both of them look so damn happy to be playing drums.

@@Serath87 And don't forget Abby from Liliac! Almost as aggressive as Pau, close but she doesn't throw herself at her drums like our Paulina dose but she's always smiling when she's not grinning.
