BAND MAID is hard rock but they have a softer inner soul. Fine with me - never any HATE? - in their lyrics. KANAMI is not featured much in this video (understandable if the Grandmother issue is true) but you at least get a glimpse of her new Privat Stock PRS. As usual well written and well done. If you want to call perfection - "usual", it is for BAND MAID.

"I think I know what we're doing here." You said... and then the lounge jazz break drops and you smile. When we think we know what the Maids are up to, we actually have no idea what they're up to. From your thumbnail, is this "peak" Band-Maid? I mean... I would have said the last album was peak Band-Maid. How can they possibly keep topping themselves? I do not understand it, but it keeps on happening. Great reaction as always, Zack, rock on!

New album dropped last week, this is part of that album. I don’t think it has been played live on its own before the release? So very new.

The songs already released earlier in the year are just Band-Maid awesomesauce! The six new songs are so tightly integrated and complex, it's going to take a Tokyo minute to assimilate. But I already love Forbidden Tale, and especially The One. 😉🤘 btw - We should all wish a "Good Luck" to Band-Maid's new self-run management company: Maidit, Co., LTD! Thx, Zack!

Was it Saiki who wrote the Lyrics? Not Miku? I thought I heard a reactor say this was dedicated to Kanamis grandmother? Tnx for reacting. Btw great hate, awesome city!

I'm kinda thinking that this and Toi et Moi might have been co-written to a certain extent. Saiki and Miku have already written a few songs together. Even if they didn't do it on this album, they've been spending so much time together, so they might have influenced each other unwittingly.

I believe you have the wrong song ! Kanami wrote "The One" after her grandmothers passing ! If you listen to it you will understand. " I'll never forget YOUOUOUOUOU" !

Yeah, also the lyrics for "The one" were written by Miku. Saiki wrote the lyrics for "Letters to you" which touches on similar themes.
