When you've practised so many songs so many times, the soundcheck sound like the actual performance.

I was about 3 feet to the left of this. They melted our faces off. Just prior to this, Des Rocs was finishing up on the adjacent stage and all 5 of the band maids were out on stage watching and fist pumping, head banging, and pumping the crowd up. One of my favorite parts of the entire festival.

Des Roc had a bit where the lead guy exhausted himself spinning acrobatically to end his set and collapsed back to be caught by a roadie and dragged backwards offstage on his heels. I noticed that Saiki took notice and liked it quite a bit as she sat on the drum riser watching. I was also just a few feet from the camera.

In the other venues, they use the soundcheck to practice for future songs to play in shows.

@@edwardallen4051 Also, in cases like this, they seem to make sure not to overlap with the songs they play in the show. I think they do that for the sake of the audience.

Band-Maid is known for not performing any encores. It looks like they did their "Encore" before the actual show. 🎵
