Philiminizzy , Play was originally an instrumental but Saiki lead vocals liked it so much she asked Miku rhythm guitar to write lyrics for it so she could be part of it . when the Small Pigeon says Sing you Sing .

Saiki has been Band-Maids singer since she was in her teens.

This was first written as an instrumental for resting Saiki's voice. Saiki liked it and asked Miku to put words to it. It quickly became a crowd participation favorite.

They’re great musicians, but they also have great chemistry and have a genuine affection for each other that you don’t see often. From about 3:12 in your video, you can see Saiki has her back turned to the audience, trying to get Akane to mess up, and Akane’s making faces and doing weird poses and playing her drums kind of weird and she gets Saiki to crack up while singing her line. If you watch for them, they have lots of moments like this, just goofing off on stage. Especially with older tracks that don’t require them to concentrate as much to play.
