I think this was the first Band Maid song most Maidiacs heard, it was certainly my first and I still think it's one of their best. It was also the first time my heart was melted by the deep growl of Misa's bass ❤🤘

This was my first song too. I wasn't looking for them, hadn't even heard of them. I found them by accident thanks to the suggested videos on KZbin. Took a chance. Click. Play. BOOM! 30 seconds in, I was hooked. Mind blown, life forever changed and for the better, po! 🎉🕊😃🤘🥳🍾

@@thebandofmaids I see, I didn't get into Band-Maid till 2020 Feb so some of their CD releases had special one printing only DVD specials, like the "White Room" instrumentals so I thought this may have been from something like that.....nice work!

I liked it but like many I was sceptical - the 'maid thing' threw me. Gimmick? Then I played Puzzle and Matchless Gum and was hooked.

@thebandofmaids lol the maid outfits is what drew me,I watch a lot of anime and was fond of the maid cafés in Japan as well so I was fascinated by the idea of a band doing it and so I clicked the video and here I am 10 years later lol.

@420lpenca I almost passed the video because I thought it was a cute bubble gum band, but the first riff caught my ear, and being a bass player for 40 years, MISA really is the reason I looked for their stuff. And the rest is a match made in heaven. Progressive rock with an excellent vocal on top.

A hero is whoever put "Thrill" on Facebook so N.America and Europe rock fans could hear it. The foreign views were somewhere around 45% of the views. The plan by the agency was to dump Kanami, MISA and Akane, who were not under contract. Then Miku and Saiki would become Dance Maid.

Band Maid to me is the best band out today for so many reasons ( musicianship, creativity, the catchiness of the songs, the respect and care they have for each other as well their fans. No one like them

The sounds that these girls put out are Bad Ass. So complete. Nothing feminine about their sounds. This is Hard Core Male Dominate Rock. These girls Kick Ass.

The second song I heard from them. "Dice" was the first. I actually think it was smart of their management not to tell them. They were probably better off without that hanging over their heads.

Antony-san po, this instrumental version would make for great background music for an epic scene in one of your Band of Maids adventures. Maybe the Maids breaking into a museum and Misa working her magic to get a tank rolling (with all the Maids in or on it, maybe Mincho working the machine gun topside) as they make their escape from a dire situation. it is truly inspiring action movie music!
