As good as the song is, what touched me the most was a pic that MISA posted on her Instagram of her and Ale together. She talked about how they were both shy until nearly the end of their time together and then the two started talking a lot. MISA said she cried when The Warning moved on and that she can't wait until the two groups can see each other again.

Such an empowering message IMHO. The trade-offs really point out to me that each of the instrumentalists are so individually skilled and approach their parts in slightly different ways. No winners or losers. No battle. Just a lovely 4 or 8 beat display of the variety of approaches and talents for a solo section. It is also cool that all the members became such good friends. Ale and Misa seem to really have forged a close relationship.

Tauri, this amazing collab video screams "GIRL POWER!". Collabs between two bands with different styles are hard as hell to do well. They NAILED IT! Band-Maid and The Warning are the new "Power Couple" in rock.They have also hinted that another collab between them is on the table. If it's anything like this one, I can't wait!

These two bands have the same work ethic and the same drive to keep learning, and they have held each other in great esteem even before meeting. You can see that they really have the desire to work together because they like each other, and know that they can try and learn new things when they’re together. Schedules permitting, we’re going to hear about the next collaboration between them very soon, is my guess.

What makes both bands great is the whole is the sum of their parts. Band maid has 5 members and they each have a specific role in the band that works seamlessly. The warning have 3 members and it the same concept. All working in harmony

@@FerretFerrari As much as possible I hope! Haha Band-Maid has a real history with Mexico. Their very first overseas okyu-ji was there in 2016 at Sala Corona. Maybe something slower, more like a ballad.. Just spitballin' here. 🙂 What ever they do together will be fantastic! I know that!

I was at the concert they did together in Tokyo on June 12th. It was even better live! It done as a complete collaboration, not at all competitive. They each would play their part and celebrate each other's talent. By the end, their affection and respect for each other was on full display. Had me in tears!

I do want to say to the fans (and anyone else) to pay close attention to the lyrics. It is a powerful indictment of the world situation, I love these girls BOTH groups have created quickly a song directed at the current situation, encouraging positive and direct feelings. They are on the side of good for sure.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う 💛。 According to your theory, our country is exceptional, because numerous bands lead by girl's power are dominant in the rock/metal industry in Japan🤔. I witnessed the live debut of this song 😍 that was played as the encore & finale of the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12 in Roppongi, Tokyo . My seat was located on the 2nd floor but in the center meaning in front of the two drummers. I was in bliss! It looked to me that Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed like a duel to see which drummer can kick harder enough to break their bass drum in the joint performance. 🤣 (FYI : In the special concert, The Warning, who opened as the special guest, performed so powerful that the Maids were fired up to start their turn with fullest energy as the hostess band. It was fun like a kind of martial arts between two fighters respecting each other. 😄)

I go to rock/metal concerts with my kids and love seeing that the audience is a great mix of all genders and ethnicities! So much better then when I was a kid and shows were 98% dudes. lol Even better is seeing incredible women dominating the stages. So cool! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

I have not been paying attention to new music in decades, but since I follow KZbin reactions, almost all interesting new bands seem to be all female. There’s Electric Callboy of course, but what they are doing is essentially musical comedy - I mean this very positively, because it’s all about entertainment after all. But what you notice in EC is that when they do a collaboration with an all-female band - ConquerDivide, Babymetal - they are absolute gentlemen, and they go out of their way to let the ladies shine. I think the attitude to female musicians is changing a lot, and fast.

Nice reactions. I love both these groups. Saki's English is getting much better. There is a Japanese movie called Seven Samurai and also an American version called The Magnificent Seven. It applies to all seven amazing musicians. I've been thinking about BABYMETAL and LOVEBITES making a collaboration for quite a while. Now it comes to mind a BAND -MAID and LOVEBITES collaboration. BAND -MAID has already worn white dresses for their video Bestie. It would be amazing a get together with LOVEBITES. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The small pigeon was kind of left out of the instrument duels. This colab is incredible though. My favorite part is the one note sllide or string bend part that Kanami s doing in the chorus.

Kobato does get the solo rhythm guitar build-up to the finale, though 😊 IMO it perfectly acknowledges her role(s), especially as she's positioned in the center. I'd be totally happy if this whole idea came from management from both bands (ideally at an izikaya), but it also wouldn't surprise me if this was Kobato's - or Saiki's or Dany's or Pau's - idea that whichever one went to her band and management with.

Oops! What was this beginning? Nice collaborative work! Someone mentioned in the comments that The Warning's vocals would need to raise their pitch to 1/8 higher to follow Maid's vocals! And really, she has a very powerful vocal range! And that's exactly what Tauri commented, in the broad context, they highlighted separately, all the instruments in this duel between the bands! Oops! Calm! Look at the expression, you are entranced by the presentation, and by what you are seeing and hearing! It must be a feeling of accomplishment, following the work of both bands and seeing this result! Oops! So the collaboration with the boys wasn't with the Lovebite girls but with the Baby Metal girls? Jesus! How many Japanese bands have you reacted to? As I only follow the bands you react to, I think I made a mistake in the previous comment! Damn! Jeez! These oriental girls confused me!
