I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW because as soon as I finished typing the comment before this, I accidentally clicked on a video on the sidebar as I was scrolling up back to the video and--- well we all know what happened there. :( I know what it feels like now...it's depressing tbh. ANYWAYS I'm typing this all over again, I don't care. #loyalcommenter *I. Am. Crying.* This has to be the most beautiful and stunning video that I have ever seen for both of these shows, and I'm not even caught up on Band of Brothers yet even SEEN The Pacific at all, and yet you still manage to show the story that followed with everyone. I remember in school, we watched Band of Brothers and that was great, I don't know why I brought that up but it was relevant (i guess?) sue me. GoOODNESS you have no idea how much I love this video, the song, the pacing, the EDITING, plus a new video by you = 1000 points earned. You have a way of editing that always takes my breath away and as I'm watching your videos I always get this feeling of rush/excitement because of how GOOD they freaking are! I have to keep repeating basically the same words but with each time, they grow stronger so they may look like I'm saying the same thing, but actually the amount of me being in awe every single time is growing. (if that makes sense, ok.) As soon as you told me you had a BUNCH of inspiration for this video, I got so excited. Because I don't watch a whole lot of videos with these two shows, and it feels so fresh of you bringing it to the community and being completely unique with it. And also, you used a 65daysofstatic song so this video equals up to be the most amazing thing ever on this planet, right behind the great magnificent video editor "itemax" seriously, you gotta meet him. he's rad. I love the part at 0:15 for some reason with the explosion going on in the background as it focuses on the character in front. That just looks beautiful to me for some reason, and being placed right there makes it even more perfect. 0:19 - AYYY It's Mickey!! Always a joy to see that fella. 0:47 - DAMN that is some great bad-ass velocity right there!! I love it! I also really love the part at 0:58 with the loading jump cuts. So perfect. 1:04-1:26 - OKAY RIGHT THERE. That is what I am talking about. This rush of intensity feeling I have for your videos, that part right there made me so excited and my eyes were glued to my screen. I freaking love the bit at 1:27 where he's screaming, very clever placing. 1:57-1:59 - I love the sequence of "Run!" "Move!" and "Fire!" You are a genius at placing those so perfectly together. You always have a gift for that sort of thing :D And 2:09 - I love that bit where the camera pans up and then right behind it you have THAT quote right before the intensity starts again, that is just brilliant. That may be my favorite part of this entire video. 2:43-2:54 is another one of my favorite parts, that sequence was so RIVETING. The cinematography of both of these shows combined just makes an equal masterpiece and showing it in a video makes it come to life even more. And what can I say about that ending? I love how it ends with the gunshot and then as he's running away you can still hear his footsteps and the footage audio. That is detailed to it's core. Well, I got a little too carried away and wrote a novel with my comment, but that's okay. Because It's much longer and much more organized than my last comment, that's for sure lmao. As I've stated many times before, you really have no clue how much I love your videos. I say it so many times but the feeling is totally unexplainable and I can't put it into words so you're just gonna have to think of the extreme when i say that your videos are BEYOND INCREDIBLE. They are LIFE, ART, NATURE. They are my OXYGEN. Just think of any element on this earth, there you have it. That's close enough, I think. Anyways, I better end this comment here. So, keep up the AMAZING work, Colton. You never fail to impress me and many other people. I can't wait until your next upload, until next time my dude ;) P.S. You're amazing. Have a good day :D

Just finished my test week and I come on to this beauty! Wow! What a perfect mix or should I say blend (sounds more appropriate) of the 2 shows. As you know I'm still watching band of brothers but damn! This was worth it! So good! This video is really great and I love both shows. The video is great edited and the clips you have chosen from the shows are great/simply some of the best clips, but the only thing that didn't work for me in this video was the music, I would rather have taken BOB or TP's theme tracks or something similar to those, because I think that they would fit better to the "theme" that BOB and TP has, but that's just my opinion.
