@@pac_rby It's a bit of an invalid premise, actually. TASes are just inputs a human put in in slow (or even stopped) motion and then played back. A TAS can't react to a live player unless the TASer somehow already knew every single input that the player made on every frame, and uh...with reads like that I don't think they'd even need TAS, lol.

to me it looks like sheik threw him in such a way that the movement of the cloud made him clip through the wall, then she clawed him further into the stage with her fair because there'd probably be no collision on the inside of the stage, he then jumped and up-b'd to the opposite ledge, clipping back through the wall in the process

Even in 0.25x speed I don't see the jumpsquat animation, is it some kind of special wavedash/cancel? I play Sheik in Ultimate so the Sheik bits were extra interesting to me

@@Bladieblah I think that’s just a result of KZbin’s video compression or something. She definitely has her 3-frame jump squat, but KZbin might have just skipped a frame or two at that point.

@@banddgames I figured it out, I forgot Sheik's jumpsquat animation in melee is not the same as in Ultimate, she just sticks to the ground for three frames until she gets off the ground. She still has some momentum despite powershielding so it looks like she's already wavedashing but it's just her jumpsquat
