Hey Hanz...this is Chris. The tall guy doing course marshalling at Sky Island. This was a fun watch. Very classy to give credit to Walmsley. I heard about the mis marking. The part that you missed is flat so I am confident you still would have been sub 8. Amazing race. You are an easy guy to root for. Everyone had good things to say about you. Wish you all the success

Love in no particular order: 1. that the kid who won Bandera is a KZbinr. 2. Is humble re reference to the great Jim. 3. Has his parents as his crew (great job mum and dad). You're gonna have a great ride mate. What's the next race and when is someone giving you a shoe sponsorship? 👍

Well done Hans... I never read comments before I haver watched, and I was thinking...this young man looks to have a similar stride to Jim Walmsley. Then of course you mention him, and how close you got to a record breaking run. I will subscribe and keep my eye on you. I go out to Chamonix each year and I wonder if I will see you there some time soon?

Huge congratulations on putting on a show at the race and I am not able to understand how you can run 4:40 pace for 100 Kilometres and man you stopped tons of time at the aid stations meaning you would have cut a lot of time there. Great to see you enjoying at the aid stations and it gives a perspective about enjoying things while putting your best performances. And huge shoutout to your parents for being there for you and crewing.! All the best for everything in future and especially for Black Canyons.! Loads of love from my side to you bro and hope you do great. Just keep putting in the work and keep believing in yourself even if you didn't get the best results at Black Canyons as you know not every time we get to be the hammer, sometimes we are nail as well being hammered. Rooting for you & would surely love you doing great in Trail & ultra races. :)
