How do you work a scene to find an eye-catching composition?

I have followed your career for many years, Art. I have several of your books & the DVD series, Travel To The Edge. Your work has always inspired me with respect to my own photography. I was fortunate enough to meet Galen Rowell years ago, another great photographer whose work I also admire.Perhaps I may still get to meet you one day. Best wishes.😊

"Get it in the moment you see it." YES! That's been my photographic philosophy forever. And the first photo I take of the subject is the composition that initially caught my attention. Only then will I explore it for other views. Conditions, especially light, can change in the blink of an eye.

It was very good to meet you at the Bild Expo and I learned much from your talks and thank you for being my first inspiration in photography, even before I picked up a camera!

Good to see and hear you Art Wolf. I often re=post a quote of yours about about embracing photography to keep yourself psychologically healthy in all the stress. It's so true - so therapeutic. Nature and photography = joy.

This guy is amazing!!! The Beauty is in Simplicity, but how not simple a lot of times this road is to understand that and be able to fulfill 😮!! It’s in his name Art-e😃 Btw when I first heard his voice , I thought it was Michael Duglas 😂!
