Kudos KB Man what makes the merge so dope is that it’s the first time upperclassman really get to hear and see the freshmen and vice versa since they hold summer band camp separate from each other. Just wanted to give you a lil more context.

It looks like JSU pushing close to 300. I haven't seen them this big since 2015. Lower Brass killing as usual. Upper Brass seems better but time will tell if they can match the lower brass intensity. There were some hiccups mainly tempo issues that I'm sure will dissipate as the season progresses. JSU is going to be a problem for any program they see.

That song at 19 minutes is a song called crazy from the 1980s. I remember Southern having that song but it was arranged with a lot more power. I remember being in the Superdome after the Endymion parade in Southern cranked this and drowned out everything in the Dome. Jackson State's arrangement sounds pretty good, but they'll probably use it as a throwaway song in a battle against lesser competition

they will clean it up...you can say what u want but The Boom can play any type of ballads, any type of instrumentation or sound quality that they want to unlike most bands.. Those songs are suppose to be rough and rugged. It gets that crowd going , i dont know where u are from but we like that shit down here and whoever your choice of band is, tell them to come to the Vet and see if its sweet..
