Bandish ka Nagma is a valuable tool for practicing and perfecting tabla skills, with a variety of bandishes in different taals and tempos to help artists prepare for accompaniment and solo performances.
In each track of Bandish Ka Nagma, the entire composition is first rendered in its entirety to provide a comprehensive understanding of the piece. Then, the mukhda is repeated, serving as a nagma for focused practice, allowing artists to internalize and master the intricate details of the bandish.
Riyaz is indeed the backbone of Indian classical music. It is the dedicated and disciplined practice of music that helps artists master the intricacies of this complex and nuanced tradition.
