when you go over the bridge to the camp its the building on the right, theres 6 guards there, also just after you cross the bridge look down the bank on the right, chest.

Where is this camp? I thought I had been all over the map but I can’t recognise it.

Right before you get to Skalitz. You first go there when you’re sent to check on the conditions of the mines and forges. They respawn all the time too.
