An absolute banger. ... Perhaps literally. Considering it's TOGO.

Beautiful day for a Bandit ride. Bucket list coaster for sure.
@OwenNelsonThemeParkNut2 күн бұрын
This is another coaster decently high on my big bucket list of roller coasters, looks like one of the best terrain coasters in the world too. The way it goes through the forest of trees and bright green hills make it look so beautiful, definitely one of my higher bucket list coasters.

Is it just me or do those Togo transitions from curves and turns look EXTREMELY bouncy? 😂😂

It's subtle but the terrain helps the coaster carry its speed so well throughout the whole layout. Need to get on this thing when I'm next in Japan.

I'm surprised. For a Togo coaster, I was expecting a rough ride, but outside of a couple sections the ride looks to be rather smooth. Plus it looks like a fun and fast ride, too!

For a Togo, this ride is rather graceful. It doesn't look like it's injury-inducing like that OTHER ride named Bandit that's in Germany, either 🤣
@rickwhitescarver8526Күн бұрын
You can tell they kinda sorta used computers for transitions. But they obviously had no clue how fast the train would be going. Abrupt lift hill into the brake run catches slow trains I guess. But our train was hauling the mail. Maybe it’s a in an area that weather effects the pace a bunch? Agree with others that it’s kinda like a steel version of the beast

Ik this is a different topic but how do you guys feel about the future of SFGAm post-merger? I feel like it is very good because they got close to capacity and even hit capacity this year. They also did a complete refurbishment to Batman and are getting a new entrance. I also think that they wouldn’t remove many rides b/c pre-merger Six Flags just did clear house of many of the expensive and problematic rides.

You should try visiting genting skyworlds in malaysia, it was suppose to be a 20th century fox theme park but fox backed off from the contract due to disney. Dont worry it isnt as hot as genting is located on a mountain. In Ur mission ferrari video u did talk about skyworlds for a minute to adress the uncomplete sfx coaster in their park. U should come ! U should also pronounce it as ghenting and not djenting it will make alot malaysians happy!

Is that the log train type from RCT3?
@drdewott91542 күн бұрын
Nah but does look like logs. Though this ride uses the same track type as the Stand up coaster in the Roller coaster tycoon games as it was built by the same company that popularized the type, TOGO.

My biggest takeaway from the pic is why does this park have two ferris wheels 🤔

they built a second ferris wheel next to the old one so they could get it open before they close down the original.

Technically the 1st Hyper Coaster before Magnum because it has a 200 ft drop.
@ravenwing1992 күн бұрын
It very obviously doesn't.
@maxhagenauer242 күн бұрын
@ravenwing199 The elevation has to do with the drop I'm pretty sure and the elevation is 255.9 ft. The drop is larger than the height noticeably as well.
@iliketrains35462 күн бұрын
@@maxhagenauer24 There is no single drop on the ride that clears 200ft so its not a hyper. There are a few terrain coaster that have elevation changes twice or three times the ride's actual height. For example Phantom's revenge has a 300ft+ elevation change but it isn't a giga in the slightest
@maxhagenauer242 күн бұрын
@@iliketrains3546 Does elevation change mean the vertical distance from a low point of the ride to a high point of the ride?
@ravenwing1992 күн бұрын

Terrain differences
@jmaindigo66412 күн бұрын
It is actually 78 meters between its highest and lowest points. 51 meters is just the lift hill height not counting the valley descent. Hence the momentum.

According to RCDB, the height difference in elevation between this coaster's highest and lowest points is 78 meters (255.9 feet) because of the terrain it's built on. This is a terrain coaster in every sense of the term.
