@@DDieg0_sace is even easier If you put batteries far away on the two outer corners of the wall they usually waste one emp banging it on the middle of the wall and with the second emp they get one side So you just have one side to trick and you just have all the time in the world against ace to trick But if they have thatcher yeah Thatcher + ace is a guaranteed open wall if ace dont mess up

Thanks, somes tips from my 1.5k hours playing Bandit haha 😀 The charge of thermite dont destroy until he finish to putt on a wall (even the wall is electrified).This means that Thermite can trick you / fake you. But also that if you play Thermite, you must start placing the charge before the impact of EMP to be correct. Avoing sound to focus on your role : no talking, destroy the radio, open windows near your bandit trick to avoid fuze, etc and ask mute to stop shotgun (lol) I never putt 1 battery on wall at start (except if i know there is a Ace). But for sure never putt batteries during pre-phase. Bandit health 1 : Dont stay too near from wall to avoid dommage (grenade range, Kali percussion), etc. you can putt battery from "far" - check the range where u can place it, you will be surprised. Always keep C4 utility : C4 will be useful for smoke plants or at the end of the round. Learn when you will lose your wall. Better stay alive than dead on your wall. Inform your teammates when your sure they cannot open t1 anymore. It's a precious information because they will have to use stairs. When ennemies no longer have a breacher, when there is no more sound, or generally when there is 1m50 left for the round, put your batteries and go help your teammates. When you master, dont keep more than 2 battery to bandit trick, put your battery on other important wall (like construction in Oregon when you play top). If you have 2 batteries left, meaning you can still loose 1. Except if you just start learning Bandit Trick, never place battery before they try to open your wall to avoid loose battery Tatcher : usually you can hear and see at the same time LOL, it's good. Look for the red on the floor when Tatcher throws is EMP. Its usually the good moment to putt your battery (left or right) based on what you hear. Keep in mind that you can remove a battery which has EMP cooldown to reset the cooldown. Meaning that you can put back a battery directly after removing. Avoid taking damage at the start of the round - like I say by for example stay to near from the wall (Bandit have just 1 of health). If you play more and more, you will stay until the end of the round, maenning that you will need your full health to carry your team and the end. Why i love be bandit : Protecting t1 is essential in defense. But your role is also to stay on site, and therefore alive as long as possible at the end of the round. In many ways, Bandit is much more efficient and versatile than Kaid to protect t1.

For thermite you should be ready to place the bandit as soon as possible in the video he does it like a second or two late as soon as you hear the charge start to go off you have enough time to place the bandit down before it exsplods

Bandit main here. I learned on my own about placing the batteries far apart and I cannot even count the amount of times I’ve successfully “bandit tricked” without doing anything because they throw both emps at the center of the wall. If ur not doing that already u need to start

When I played Thermite alot. I used to play with a friend playing Thatcher. And I would start placing down the charge when the electricity was still there, shocking myself. But giving the opponent even less time to place down a new battery or claw. Because the gadget will only be destroyed when the animation of placing was finished.

That method doesn’t work so well anymore since bandit can stack his batteries. Thermite would just give another audible queue on where to place the second battery

It doesn’t work against thatcher or at least is extremely more difficult and dangerous if thermite is pre placing his charge and taking the shock damage directly before the thatcher emp goes off when there’s 2 walls like that but still great info

Yeah pre placing with Thermite is a good thing to do. You've just got to make sure you don't place it too soon before the EMP goes off 😅

HOW do you counter those Thermites who place their charges right in the middle of two walls? So half the charge is one one reinforced and the other half on the other? That always ruins my day. 😭

If Thermite actually puts it in the middle, it doesn't matter which wall you put the battery on because the charge is on both walls at the same time so either one will destroy it. If you're talking about Thermite putting his charge close to the middle but not actually in the middle then there's not much you can do aside from make an educated guess lol
