I can explaint it to you the Contraband Guns need a Streak to be aktivated as an example the thermal ability of the Sniper activates after a streak of 5 kills and than higher your streak than higher your firerate. For single klick weapons like snipers it just increases the efficency of the ability for example the effect get better and you´ll see them trough walls at some point of a streak

The only reason why players are not on the second one as much as the first is because the console players and a small portion of some PC or mobile device players are having their weapons disappearing and discombobulating. If they can fix it that would be great I would have more fun on it but I'm not going to waste my time if it's not even working properly My kills are not your rendering either
