Its literally sonar 🤷 just under a different brand . Sonar was up there with cubase etc band labs is legit

Any tips on making the vocals not stand out so much from a beat? After I record the vocals it sounds so seaparate and alianted with the beat making it sounds like I did like a voiceover or something

That may have to do with the mix itself. Maybe try bringing down the vocals a tad

set the beat to -5.00 and also the db all the way on the bottom to -5.00 as well

taking out the right amount of low end is a good place to start also, ive been in that spot for a while too low end removal was my way out

Hey man...I've been repeatedly downloading my track using the "Tape" mastering option on the Bandlab site, and I keep getting a little popping noise at the start of the playback...I don't hear it when I playback the mix file after exporting from GarageBand, only after downloading from Bandlab...if you have any suggestion as to how to resolve this, I appreciate it.

That master track volume hitting red. For any beginners here, you want to make sure the volume (green) ain't hitting the red. When the volume hits the red, the track will sound muddy.
