Yes this is the right way to do it my man, prople use the built in drum kits like the 808 or 606 drum kits, but u can use the sampler to load in REAL TRAP DRUMS and put in drum patterns of your liking, people gonna ask about the 808 tho, Dawg..all u gotta do is get the 808, pitch it up, do your 808 pattern and there u go boom u have a trap beat, ppl underestimating the power of bandlab

I can definitely see it's alot easier on a computer than on phone/tablet.. being able to right click/drag an drop ect. atleast at first, until you get used to using the specific program your using anyway..

Bro do you have any videos explaining using a metronome when making a beat?? I get like my main rhythm pattern down an once I start trying to add different instruments an really complete the beat, I can't seem to get everything lined up just right an was wondering if the metronome would help but I can't seem to get it in same tempo as the beats I'm working on..

No, but I can make one! It’ll probably be a while tho because I just got some parts to fix my computer so I’m gonna be out of commission for the rest of the month

Yo my dude?!?! Are you able to do basically the same things on bandlab mobile or possibly GarageBand?? Been writing, recorded and mixing my own vocals for a few years an your videos are really helping me understand how to make my own beats so its greatly appreciated fam, but I'm short on cash atm an only have the 2apps I mentioned so can I do something similar with either app?? Also do you know if I could save a melody/loop ect. In one of the apps then open it in the other if I save it as a MIDI file??

Dude nice vid!! I have a query.... Are percussion/rim shots necessary?
@Mr_Cru23 жыл бұрын
That’s the beauty! There are no rules. I usually add rim shots cause I like it, but…someone else who might not like those kind of sounds would be free to leave them out
@CaptainGanu3 жыл бұрын
@@Mr_Cru2 Okay, thanks for answering my question, I personally do not like rim shots....
@Mr_Cru23 жыл бұрын
@@CaptainGanu for me it just depends on the beat or the mood but, to each his own! I know lots of my friends like using really distorted 808s, but for me, not a fan
