【バンドソーで、簡単に丸ホゾを作る方法！】How to use a band saw and how to make a round tenon.

今回は、バンドソーを使って丸棒と角材にホゾを作る方法のご紹介になります。
動画のように、丸棒や角材にホゾを作れると、ドリルで開けた穴にそのまま差し込めるため、椅子やスツールなど家具の部品作りにも、とても便利でございます。
三つ目のホゾ加工は、塩ビ管を用いるのですが、塩ビ管は材質的に摩擦力もあり、材を保持しやすいため、塩ビ管を用いております。アルミなどの管では、つるつる過ぎて、上手く保持できない可能性がございます。また、塩ビ管に挿入する材は、内径よりもほんの少しだけ大きいものを使用してください！
特別な治具や手順もなく、バンドソーがあれば一見難しい加工も、簡単にできます！
卓上のバンドソーであれば、騒音性、安全性も高く、DIYなどでも優先度の高いオススメの機械かなと思っております。

As shown in the video, if you can make a tenon on a round bar or square piece of wood, you can insert it directly into a drilled hole, making it very convenient for making furniture parts such as chairs and stools.
The third type of tenon processing uses PVC pipes, and since PVC pipes have a frictional force and are easy to hold the material, we use PVC pipes. If you use tubes such as aluminum, they may be too slippery and may not hold well.Also, be sure to use a material that is only slightly larger than the inner diameter of the PVC pipe!
There are no special jigs or procedures required, and with a band saw, even seemingly difficult machining can be done easily!
If it is a tabletop band saw, it has high noise and safety, and I think it is a recommended machine that is a high priority for DIY etc.
