We, at Wravor , present new technology of cutting thin lamels, veneer for parquet and flooring.
Complete veneer cutting line consist of infeed loading ramp with prism centrators, movable and sorting positioning of prisms and separate removing.
We have a lots of improvements on manipulating of prism on base of machine, rotating, moving with rollers, adjusting hight, 2 position of clamping with special clamps that dont damaged wood.
Machines sawing forward AND bacward, automatization on computer, operating with just ONE operator on whole line!
Exit conveyor move lamels from sawing place, automated robot sorts and remove finish lamels.
Accuracy up to 0.01mm!!
Special designed thin saw blade with stelite and cooling of blade.
Massive constuction and complete dust extraction.
Programated to work in several programs with just one person.
