Emma sings from the soul. Even if you don't understand the language she is singing, her expressions and story telling makes you understand. She IS one of a kind! Her control of her voice, her clarity is well beyond her years. She truly does have a gift, even though she has such a horrible disease. I can't even say how many times I have listened to her sing. I pray she can live long enough to fulfill her dream. She truly deserves it!

When at 10:44 you stopped the video, you stopped it exactly at the moment where you see her sister and father in the audience 😊 They're sitting beside her brother Enzo Kok, the violist, you can see all three of them clearly at 12:25 and her mother was assisting her backstage. She's connected to two tubes 22 hours per day, one to her stomach and one to her colon and she always has to two pumps with her in a bag or a backpack which pump the nutrients through the tubes into her body. That's why she said she feels free when she's singing, because during the performance she's disconnected from the tubes.
