Banff National Park! What A Treasure! A Special Stop On Our Journey To Alaska In Our Travato

Our journey to Alaska has had many great stops, but none more special to us than getting to spend some time in Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada! Wow! What beauty... from the scenery of snow coming down in June and covering the mountaintops to crystal clear turquoise colored lakes and streams. And the wildlife. Can you tell? We loved Banff and we think you’ll love our video about it and hope that you do. If you have any questions about this journey or our life in our little van please just leave us a comment and we’ll try to answer as soon as we pop back up with a cell signal again, which BTW is not too frequently here in Alaska if you happen to be a Verizon customer.
Thanks for following along on this trip of a lifetime for us. Your words of encouragement and support mean more to us than words could ever express. We hope you enjoy our stop in Banff and we hope that if you haven’t already been here you put it on your bucket list and work to make it happen. You will not regret it... we promise. If you’ve been here how about letting us know what your favorite part of Banff was.
Also, as we’re typing this we’re getting ready to head up the Dalton Highway to the Arctic Circle and Prudhoe Bay. Any must see stops along that route from those of you who have taken that journey we’d appreciate hearing from you! Until we get back to civilization, here’s hoping your summer is as special as ours has been so far. We’ll be back in a week or so with a much dirtier van and much bigger smiles... if that’s possible.

Living in Alberta, Banff and Jasper are my "backyard"! We go every year camping there to feed our souls! This year the weather has been CRAZY!! We usually get temps. in the 70-80 F in late June and July/August. Us Albertans cannot believe the cold spell and wet weather that has plagued us for over a month. Come again for our usual sunshine and warmth!

Loved traveling with you to Banff. What a nice place to go. It’s beautiful there in Alaska even when it snows in June. Beautiful trail. The rock climber scared me because I thought they were going to fall. Thank his they didn’t. See you both again soon.

Getting warmed up for my Alaska adventure (one of these days) by watching your series while on my exercise bike, winters in Michigan are what you make it, and I am pretty much stuck in the house taking care of the husband. I’m with you on more dogs. :-). The grill created an awesome steak but also kind of caught in fire too from grease. Might have been user error. I’m torn as to whether it was a good purchase as of right now.

Try using a free program called, "Handbrake" to resize your videos smaller and you also get optimize the quality for the platform your going to upload too when your resizing as well with, Handbrake.

Is there an iOS version? All we brought in this journey was our iPad Pros.

I believe there is, but I think the version for an Ipad costs something. Try searching the IOS store for it too see. I do not use Apple any longer for a long time to know an exact answer. Handbrake for the desktop/laptop for both PC/MAC I know is free though.
