Hello, I hope you enjoy my recipe for a much loved restaurant favorite - Bang, Bang Shrimp. Not too sweet and not too spicy. You can eat it alone or over rice or lettuce, either way, its fantastic!
Ingredients:
1 lb. Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Corn Starch
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
Canola Oil for frying
Sauce:
1/2 Cup Mayo
3 ozs. or 1/4 Cup plus 2 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce (Mae Ploy)
2 Tbsp. Sriracha
