i felt so anxious today at school i thought i was going to throw up. sometimes i want to just leave so bad i pray and wish for hours to disappear or get into an accident so i can stop being a burden and annoying to people. at the end of the day ive come to realize no one knows you better than you know yourself and you cant rely or trust ANYONE. even the ppl that u think know u dont actually know u. and no one will fight for u the way yiull fight for yourself. thats what ive learned from life.

i know how you feel :( but trust me you are not annoying , i'm sure there are alot of people who love you and care for you , i know how hard it is to get these thoughts out of your head but i believe that you're strong enough to fight them. life is tough but you aren't alone
