What a sweet first B.A.P reaction! They are the group that got me into kpop so yeah I was one of fans who is super emotional over this whole thing 😅 I listened to the mini today and legit started tearing up as soon as the first song played. I’m not surprised Jongup stood out to you in dancing since he’s the main dancer. I know a lot of fans, myself included, are viewing this as them finally being able to close the door on TS/their career with that company since they all left the worst company at different times, since they had signed at different times, and were disappointed with what their last album ended up being. And after this will be able to move forward with a clean slate. Zelo also has been commenting on their posts supporting the release- it’s super cute!!! Though all of us joking that Jongup is loving being the maknae so much Zelo is gonna have to fight him to get his spot back 😂 They also released a short documentary, split into parts, called Man on the Moon where they talk about the group, the reunion, and their thoughts going into the comeback. It’s very very good and insightful.

Ugh I can’t even imagine! I was teary eyed just reading the lyrics and having a little background on their story 😭 I can’t imagine how Babyz (is that how to spell it?) feel right now. Jongup is so graceful! I enjoyed his dance style a lot! I could see him performing more contemporary type dance for sure. Aaahhhhh I can see that! End of an era but start of something new! I wish them the best 🥺 I’ll definitely be here reacting to anything new the release from here on out 😊 especially once Zelo returns! I’ll check out the documentary for sure! It will help me get more of a background and hear their own thoughts!

@@ToniReacts Jongup’s background was bboying- I remember him talking about how it made his mom annoyed because he’d kick over stuff as a kid. You did spell the fandom name correctly! It was so exciting this comeback that they got the rights to their Matoki’s back and they did get the rights to their name back but it was only a few weeks ago and they said that they didn’t want to promote under the B.A.P name if it wasn’t all 5 of them 🥹 EDIT: ok well literally the next day we are reminded how TS is the worst and I hope they rot in hell. The trademark on the name B.A.P expired last month BUT TS is planning to reapply for renewal for absolute bs reasons so the company, that doesn’t exist anymore mind you, can prevent the members from using the name. Bro all my homies hate TS ent 🤬🤬🤬

This song is a way to get closure about their disband pretty much, closing this chapter of their, and ours as fans, lives and starting a new one together. Their disband time was very rough because TS entertainment (their company) really treated them like shit from start to finish so with their contract expiring + military times + the member who left, it was quite abrupt and they never got themselves the opportunity to do an album they could be proud to call their last. The rights on their logos, mascots (the Matokis) and name only expired this year (their name is finally free since 31 july 2024) and they're working hard to get copyright back on it. So they are rebuilding their group now in a new way. Also for their music style they very much do hardcore songs but always had a lighter, uplifting side so you'll find both in their discography :D

I can’t even imagine what they went through. I always thought B.A.P was a very popular and well known group. I never realized how much they struggled with their company 😭 I’m glad they got out of there and I hope there’s nothing but good things coming to them from here on out. Also hoping they gain rights to their name and logo and everything!! I think a huge change in kpop is happening where idols who were once under strict/awful contracts can now leave and go independent or be more involved in who they contract with and the terms of the contract. Wishing them the best and I’ll definitely be continuing the journey and also waiting for new music when Zelo returns 😊 if you have any recs definitely put them in my Google recs sheet and I’ll get to them!

@@ToniReacts honestly that they got so popular (we're talking biggest EXO's rival here and definitely on their way to be where BTS is) despite how terribly treated by the company speaks of how incredible they are. Yongguk actually had to take a part time job at the height of their popularity because despite making millions for the company, they only ever were paid 16,000$ They tried to break from the company one time but it put them in a year and a half hiatus and there was so much competition at the time it was harder for them to get back on the stratospheric momentum they had as rookies. They still did very well after (it's actually by following them that i discovered and fell in love with BTOB) but they were still pretty much strong-arming the company to be paid and it really took a toll on them.

omg! Finally!!!!! I'm so happy you've reacted to B.A.P. Hope to see more of them on this channel. B.A.P is the 4th of my favorite kpop group you've reacted to (A.C.E, Infinite, BTOB, B.A.P) and now only iKON is left to collect them all here 😄(i know you've already seen Bobby though). For me B.A.P take a special place in my heart. They are the reason i became interested in kpop back in the end of 2018. Unfortunately they disbanded in january 2019 and i've never seen them active as a group. And i cried my eyes out while watching this music video even without the subs turned on. The most interesting thing is that after waiting many years for their reunion, at some point i resigned myself to the fact that it would not happen. And as soon as i resigned myself, they announced their comeback! I jumped and cried with happiness! And still can't believe it is happening now. Even though i'm a huge A.C.E fan, i consider them as the most skilled dance group in kpop and Sehyoon is my ult bias, but Moon Jongup is the best dancer for me in kpop industry 🤩. Jung Daehyun is my bias in B.A.P, he's the main vocalist. One of the best of early 3 gen groups, Yoo Youngjae also a main singer. Also he's an actor. He played in dramas such as Mr.Queen (highly recommend to watch ) and Police University. About our leader you already know =) About lyrics. I hope this is not the end. In my opinion they have some troubles with using their name. Maybe they will change their name in the future, i don't know. But now i don't want to believe that this is the real end 😭 I won't be able to accept thier disbanding a second time. And yes, we all need Zelo with them!

Omg really?! I love that people have been commenting I’ve been hitting all of their ult groups lately 😂 it’s seriously been so fun and my viewers and I definitely have similar taste in music! I’m so happy you got to experience this comeback 🥺 I can’t imagine the roller coaster you went through getting into them and then hearing of their disbandment. Jongup really had me with his dancing! Graceful i think is the word I wanted to use! ✨ and for real the vocals!! Ugh 😍 I’ll try my best to remember who is who now! I was wondering because I did read somewhere that the copyright to their group name was up. I hope they gain the copyright to their name and everything, much like GOT7 did. I’m starting to think this is definitely a close on a chapter and the start of a new one. I have a feeling they’ll come out with new music once Zelo is back 😊 I’ll try to find time to watch the documentary they put out so I can get to know them more!

OMO Toni.. I actually had to get to this CB before BamBam 🫢 I was too excited.. I don't call myself a B.A.B.Y but I have definitely loved B.A.P for a long time.. They have always been that one group I don't stan but I will defend them with everything I have.. Their song One Shot was actually my intro into them, I was also blown away by their debut Warrior 😮🔥 If their company had not been the absolute h€llhole that it was and had actually treated these guys with the respect they deserved.. They could have been one of the richest lables out there with the biggest group.. Sadly it didn't go like that.. But I'm soooooo happy to see them and their Matoki's back 💕 Just missing Zelo.. It's also a big deal to us and them because they went through heavy mistreatment from their agency, two of them have confirmed going through depression. :( This comeback is made with all the passion and love they hold for their work, each others' and their fans, on their own terms and we can see it very clearly. 😭💚 Thank you for reacting to them 💚 they went through a lot to get here and it took a lot of courage for them to come back

B.A.P Best , Absolute, Perfect and they are the best of the best love the fact we have them back after 7 years . You should check out there older stuff it is hard in a lot of instances but they are all top vocalists and they are all really good dancers. They did say this would be the last Album they wanted to finish it there way not the way it ended with TS but all us baby’s out here are keeping or fingers crossed it won’t be . Enjoy your journey

Thank you for reacting to them! B.A.P kickstarted the Bad Boy concept with strong progressive lyrics written by Bang Yongguk that talked about social issues. Their more iconic songs are majorly anthem style. This comeback is super soft compared to most of what they did in the past, but they are incredibly versatile and nail any kind of concept. They were also THE KING of live performances. Their discography is amazing, Bang PD is a genius and always managed to bring the best of each member, and they are all amazing, the trash that was kicked out is the only one I always thought lacked compared to the others. Daehyun was actually the main vocal, his highnotes were absolute insane, sadly, he was so overworked doing musicals, concerts, comebacks and everything near the end of their contracts with Tshit, and that greatly affected him, just the fact that he's back is amazing, he almost gave up on music. I recommend checking all their MVs, including the 3 japaneses originals, but I'll give you a list to some key ones that shows how versatile they are: The debut Warrior (one of the best debuts of all times), One Shot (it's a short film), Coffee Shop (soft jazzy song that show how good looking they all are), Hurricane, 1004 Angel (the first song fully produced by them including the choreo by Jongup and Zelo, it was also their peak before the lawsuit), Young Wild and Free (first comeback after the lawsuit, extremely meaningful for all of them and us fans), Feel so good (pop song with a really fun MV), That's my Jam (party song with also another fun MV), Skydive (another short film heavier than One Shot) and Wake me Up (first comeback after Yongguk took a leave to treat his anxiety disorder, extremely meaningful lyrics about mental health). I personally really like Badman and Hands Up too, but they aren't as essential as the other ones. I personally think this album was originally meant to be a goodbye, but they changed their minds because of the support from the fans and the fact they are really enjoying being together again, so I hope you react to at least a few of their songs, any kind of exposure can help.
