First thank you for trying to help. Its a deskmini300 with ryzen 3400g apu.windows 10 home(64bit).tv is a mx7000 60hz.im helpless...

I forget to say its a new system and i never used the vga output on it before...

@@tanerwick373 you can't connect a PC to a 15khz TV like the B&O. You need to install GroovyMAME/CRT emudriver to do it.
