“WAYO” is a song that has been composed a few years go by WINNER’s Yoon, FUTURE BOUNCE, and ANDREW CHOI. Actually, Yedam sang on the original demo and the song was passed down from artist to artist. Eventually, it came right back to Yedam and it became HIS SONG. The lyrics were written by WINNER’s Yoon and AKMU’s Chanhyuk and both of the really supported Yedam during his solo preparations. Yoon actually went to the studio and watched/directed Yedam while he was recording the song. He gave wonderful advice and compliments that Yedam said made him feel so grateful and appreciated that Yoon personally came to check in on him. Chanhyuk sent Yedam the guide with him singing the background vocals and also sent a food truck to his MV shooting. Yedam is well loved by his fellow label mates and this just shows that YG FAMILY IS STILL A FAMILY. Literally.. these past few years many people want to claim that YG family doesn’t exist anymore. There’s trolls/toxic people trying to divide YG fandoms and just starting a fan war every single day. I honestly don’t understand the hate being spread around lately! Especially during WINNER’s comeback and the announcement of Yedam’s solo and TREASURE’s debut. WHY?? YG artists are not at fault and isn’t your punching bag if something doesn’t go your way or if it’s the news that you don’t want. If they’re mad...why don’t they direct their anger or hate to YG management and new bosses? Stop harassing and spamming other YG artists’ IG accounts or twitter accounts. It’s ridiculous how much BS and sickening tweets I read from toxic fans.. i don’t care if they’re trolls or other fandom pretending to be fans.. you don’t tweet disgusting comments or even death threats to other YG artists. Thru ups and down. I'm still gonna be YG stan. YG never disappoint us with their songs. and sometimes its good they have some hiatus so that their artist can explore on diff scene and have some rest as well. Some are angry with the long hiatus, but everyone agrees when they comeback BOOM! everything is lit, from the mv, dress/costume, the artist and the SONG itself.

That's it. Couldn't agree more. Fans may ask for quantity, which is understandable so the artists can perform alot. But YG prefers quality, I guess. I don't say that artists with many comebacks have bad quality, but I often find it hard to remember what songs or performances they have. YG stans have to wait for centuries for their faves to have a CB, but once they do, voila...the songs or performances will keep playing and ringing in ears or minds even for decades, centuries, or maybe forever...
