Hi, Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I prepared and it came out so tasty:), am born and brought up in Bangalore , yes there are few varieties within Bangalore Biryani, but this one is the best and tastiest, I kept searching for this and I found it here, thank you once again 😊

Yakhni pakne ke baad pani daal kar yakhni ko dobara ubaalne ke baad chawal daal kar bhi barah-e-raast (directly) pakaya ja sakta hai, lekin is ka zaiqa alag hoga. Agar chawal naya ho to chawal toot jaega. Is tareeqe se pakane se chawal tootne ke imkanaat (chances) kam ho jate hain. App logo ko uss tareeqa ka video chahiye to dalungi jo bilkul directly pakaya jata hai

But for Bangalore style biryani we never marinate the meat the masalas r added once meat is getting fried one after the other ..this is like hyderabad dam biryani

Some people marinate and some people don't marinate they cook directly. Marination is to make chicken tender as well as the spices (masalas) goes inside the chicken and it will be more flavourful than cooking directly. In Hyderabadi dum biryani they don't use tomatoes in biryani but in Bangalore biryani tomato is compulsory...

Don’t bluff/spoil the name of Bangalore, this is not at all a Bangalore Biryani but a “Tiryani” OR Chattar ki Breeyanii… I’m damn sure you are not from Bangalore (Native of Bangalore)… If you want to learn a typical Bangalore Biryani contact TAJ Hotel, Shivajinagar Bangalore, their old traditional cooks will help you..

I am not angry after reading your comment. Some chapri people like you spoil the name of the "Muslim" community. You never want the Muslim community to achieve anything in life. Have you tried this at home? If I make the marination beforehand, what’s wrong with that? Anyhow, we use the same ingredients one by one directly while cooking. I have used almost all homemade ingredients, which are easily available at home. In hotels, they use meat tenderizers to make the meat tender; I used curd and lemon to make the meat tender, which is why I marinated it before cooking. People who tried this at home have given positive feedback, while people who saw this video for time pass gave negative feedback. Oh, some people will eat outside food whether it's good for their health or not, just for the taste. This video is for people who like to eat homemade food, not for those who prefer hotel food. 😆😅
