Before you are going for lease , it's better to register the agreement and go for stay for vacating the home you can say to the court that we will vacate the house after action of house and our money has to be adjusted

It is a clear game plan by a builder only, who buy through loans, let out and re invest in other properties. Tenants should provide agreement copies to social media, so that honest public at large can black list him.

I have leased two floors of my house, both tenants did not even ask for any proof to check if I am the owner. I could have been another tenant pretending to be owner and run away with the money 😄When rents are high getting house on lease is difficult. So if a house is available on lease they will grab it without checking for any legal issues. Later when trouble starts they will cry and blame the owner.

I have commented long back too on same issue.. Bank should make sure all rentee money is secured n then loan is released.. Yen bank people when giving loan mud eating ha. Bank give loan based on property value n also owner income.. Sametime they should make sure if it's under lease those amount should be secured

We also suffered in lease house. But in different way. Owner didn't return lease amount for 3 yrs n said we have to stay , unecesaarily we had to stay though office changed to very remote place. However we requested they didn't give n told to paint again wen we r living there. After somehow did paint also for 3 years didn't give. At last we said we need for emergency they did drama of they will come n give for two months. N even the day we shifted we had no guarantee that they will come n give. We were in hell tension n my father's health got very upset in those 3 years BCz of this. Owners were very rich they had no problems still they did this. We r lower middle class people we had no other money.
