Bangalore to Hyderabad - Night Drive - NH44

Thanks bro for the video... soon i will be travelling from salem to hyd..map shows way from nh44(fastest way as per map)which passes through centre of the whole bengaluru city..will there be lot of traffic ?? I will be travelling during day time..suggestion required

hi ashwin, there is no escape from banglore city traffic to be honest... plan your journey so that you will cross Bangalore between 10 to 2 pm then you should be fine.. NICE road will be too long, Outer ring road also has traffic and usually crowded aswell.. so best is through the city itself for you. if you need any info on this route feel free to message me, ive taken this route many times and familiar with whole route.

@@Sohelahmedkhan my bad luck is such that i will be reaching Bangalore 8 or 8:30am that too on monday morning 🤦 want to reach hyd early so planned to start early in the morning..was hoping atleast national highway will be free if not city roads..pls tell me atleast traffic will be on continuous move on nh44 🥺😩

@@ashwinkumarmaurya4412 nh44 is pretty empty road always.... if you start from salem at 4am and reach bangalore by 7am you shd be fine.... if you reach by 7am then blore roads will be still pretty free so you can cross blore within 30-45 mins(by max 8am) then you can reach hyderabad in 7 to 8 hours with breaks (4pm) evening rush hour of hyderabad will be avoided. if you end up reaching blore by 8 or 8.30 then you may need 1.5 to 2 hours to cross blore (say10.30 am) then you will be taking 8 to 10 hours to reach hyderabad, becuase last 100 kms will be a busy highway at that time and you will enter hyderabad between 6 to 8pm which is peak traffic in evening.

@@ashwinkumarmaurya4412 so my suggestion for you is, start by 4am max, drive nonstop till you cross bangalore and reach hebbal junction atleast, take your breakfast break..stop for breaks around anantapur and kurnool for refreshments. reach hyderabad by 4pm. iam sharing with you my personal ink of google places, i have stored for banglore to hyderabad route. goo.gl/maps/hgji9AZTrAj3fg9g8

Fantastic video with very detailed info. I have one ques is it safe n secure to drive with family overnight from hybd to Bangalore? If there is a car breakdown?

thank you.... firstly i would like to understand what exactly you are in your mind when you say breakdown... if the breakdown is tire puncture, then in that case you should be able to replace with spare wheel. and secondly i would strongly advise to only take a car which has been serviced, inspected and is reliable to avoid breakdowns in first place and keep breakdown towing service numbers handy. talking about the route, there are multiple towns, petrol stations, hotels on the way.. i was never afraid to drive at night even in rain. there is no issue of anybody stopping the car at night and threaten you...its a quite busy road(especially at night) and you might get help in case of any emergency....

Sorry for late reply bro. i hope you had a safe journey... I didnt need any stop, infact i was driving from ooty(started 9am) crossed banglore(5.30pm) and reached Hyderabad nonstop(1am) i prefer driving at night on this route as there are lesser 2 wheelers, animals, pedestrains

12 noon or 12 midnight??? 12 noon if you start from hebbal, you have to make sure you will encounter night riding(200kms) probably from kurnool to hyderabad and you will reach hyderabad in peak traffic hours 7pm to 10pm.. 12 midnight if you start(provided you enjoy and know how to ride at night) then you will have a pleasant ride but you will meet quite heavy traffic of volvo buses from blore to hyd. anymore questions pls feel free to ask....

Andhra and Telengana are very safe at anytime, roads are good, plenty of fuel stations, mechanics, hotels on way. ive heard alot about the road after nagpur and better to avoid that strech in dark.. plan your trip so that you dont have to drive in dark on that strech... but coming to andhra and telengana strech you can ride any time without any worry.

Agreed night driving is not advisable and it is dangerous.. But the thing is day time driving is equally dangerous on indian roads due to pedestrians, animals, two wheelers, people driving on wrong sides... Ive done quite a lot of driving/riding on indian roads and i feel night driving is still better (if you have good lights on vehicle, if the weather is good , if you are familiar with road, if driving on divided road, if no danger of dacoits/thefts) Day time drivers are more amateur drivers so their driving is more unpredictable..
