The best route is via Hoskote -> Tirupati Bypass -> Naidupeta -> NH16 all through till Kolkata. Road conditions are amazing for most of the stretch. Tirupati to Naidupeta is under construction where you will get some bad patches. The next one will be after Balasore in Odisha where there are a lot of deviations to the service road as the flyovers are under construction. Keep a tab on your speed when in Odisha as the speed limit is 80 Km/hr throughout the state and there are a lot of speedcams. Enjoy the drive

Toll cost is around 6K round trip. NHAI might have recently revised the toll rates so keep a bit extra. The earlier you can start the better. Rajahmundry will take around 13-14 hrs. Try to start on or before 5AM.
