You gave the family great Malnad experience. Drive safely. Roads were good. Day time. Scenic. Others should do this. Instead of highways and dhabas. Wonderful. Though you took the long route. Good fun. All the best. 👌

Hi, Thanks for the video, it is very useful as we are planning for a trip. How much steepy are these ghat roads , do we have any narrow hairpin roads which are difficult to drive as I am not experienced to drive on ghat roads

Sorry, I have not travelled to Coorg from Mangalore! But in general, some parts of Coorg ( not all) could be challenging for someone new to hill driving!

Hello Bro - we are going to Dharmasthala from Bangalore. Google showing via Shiradi ghat . Should we take Shiradi ghat or via Charmady ghat . Please advise based on your experience.
@TheUrbanNomad7 ай бұрын
If you want an easy and peaceful drive then Shiradi ghat! But if you are looking for a scenic drive then Charmadi! But later will be tougher than Shiradi.
@naveenhkgowda11 ай бұрын
My personal suggestion. Please don't take Shiradi ghat until the road work is completed. Take Charmadi and Bisle instead 😊

Hello sir, could you please suggest which ghat road would be easy to cross, shiradi or charmandi ,to reach udupi. I don’t have much experience on hill road driving 😅
@TheUrbanNomad Жыл бұрын
Shiradi is the easiest of all options for Udupi! Even with not much experience with ghat roads, you should be able to do this! Some stretches are in bad conditions but the rest are fine!

You can! But I would not recommend it as some stretches are not completed and have a lot of potholes! It may be difficult to navigate in the dark on a bike!

Nitin Ghadkariji constructs highly complex , complicated roads at rugged Kashmir where population is very less , then why can't he construct a very improved roads from Udupi to Bangalore through Chikmagalur , Hassan .
