A more accessible record that doesn’t alienate the old fans can definitely be done, totally agree with Blayne on that. We had another example from a similar band last year, Temple of Void! As for this album, I really liked it! Album of the year contender for me. Hope the next one continues to be as accessible Also, would really love a Wormwitch review!

That Ænigmatum album is one of my top 10 albums of 2021 and is criminally underrated.. its brilliant death metal that i feel alot of people skipped because of the tech death label..i love me some good tech death but i wouldnt categorize this as that. Its kind of its own thing and definitely worth checking out.

Great feedback for the band, Blayne. Have you heard Mithras, “on strange loops?” One commented that the album is Morbid Angel goes to the planetarium, hilarious. Good album though. That excerpt sounded a lot more melodic death/doom than I remember from the one you showed on the death doom lock horns. I like both crude/death-y death/doom and more melodic stuff, and I've been looking for some new bands, so I think I'll check out this one and Never Cross The Dead too.

I was so fucking devastated when i found out that Lasse wouldnt be doing the vocals on Ossuarium and i was a bit skeptic with this album when i saw reviews and interviews before the release.. BUT! The Tritonus Bells sound like Hooded Menace and Harri's vocals fit perfectly! Ossuarium is great but if the vocals would have fit like they fit on Tritonus it would have been a godlike album.
