Bull Ring Flush Mount Truck Bed Tie Down Installation on my Ford F-150

I ordered a set (through your link) after watching your video. This is a very well-designed product with excellent engineering and it's extremely easy to install. I completely removed the screws before inserting each tie-down into the opening. The mechanism is locked-in and won't fall into the stake hole. Thanks for another great product review.

It's easier to install if you follow the manufactures instructions. Bring the screws ALL THE WAY out so the lower part dangles free. Then put into the rail hole. Pull up on the D ring and tighten screws. Done. 30 seconds.

Great video...of note though, 2017 F350 longbed requires the brand name oriented rearward vice what is stated in video for a F150. Took maybe 3 mins to install both. Waiting on offset part number for mid bed stake holes. Thanks...

First, thanks for the great video this was exactly what I was looking for. I clicked the link but noticed they show them being installed inside the bed, not on top of the sides like you showed. Are there specific ones for each application or one for both? Thanks.

The locking mechanism goes inside the bed through the hole on the bed rail and then the plastic piece stays on top so you're actually sandwiching the bed between the tie down

@@BanginGearsGarage yes understood. But the link that you have for the Chevy Silverado goes to rings that get installed INSIDE the bed. Not on the rails……after further investigation it seems they don’t make them for the rails for Chevy like you have on your ford. Thank again for the video and quick response though!

The holes for the tie downs go straight through, they don't hold water.
