It's strange how Thailand has so many east Asians living in that region. I believe they were recent migrants displacing the original people who lived in all parts of that area! I always thought Thailand was once Indian people who dominated in population. It still has a robust Indian influence, though. Food, clothing, curry, writing system of hendi, religion, and language,😅 but it's all east asians somehow
