I’m surprised you said Bangkok was amazing city to visit. Thailand used to be better than this. It is currently facing political issues and pretty unstable so many people visiting Thailand now would say it got too much hypes and was overrated.

Good news, now there is also a newly open skytrain from this Donmueng airport into the city. It will take you to Bangsue Grand station where you can hop on subways into the city. It's called red line from bangsue grand station.

FYI at ankor wat you visited on the Cambodian side. If you keep walking thru the back yard is Thailand side. How crazy is that! You can ritually keep on walking on the back courtyard and meet Thai check point without having to catch a plane to be in Thailand.

It's pretty standard for them to take your baggage off the carousel. If they are getting ready for the next flight to land they want it cleared out. It looked like your bag had just been dumped but that's just because you were the last one to collect your baggage. There would have been a collection of them waiting in that spot.

Great vlog, Phnom Penh airport is so different to Siem Reap. We recently flew Siem Reap to Bangkok and the airport was literally one room and two doors that left to different planes that you walked to.

If you want to save money you can travelling by BTS MRT or bus it will cheaper than taxi and tuxtux they will add more price for touris

There are 2 international airport in Bangkok, First is Bangkok International Airport BKK (or Suvannabhumi airport, the new airport) and second is Don Muang airport DMK (old airport). The couple came to Thailand via DMK, there is no MRT/BTS from this airport for now. You can reach the town by taxi or by airport bus (called A1,A2,A3,A4). Note: There will be MRT station at Don Muang airport which will operate possibly next year. BKK is the main airport with MRT link called Airport Link, which take about 30 minutes to bring you to BTS station at Phayathai.
