Bangkok Floating Market Visit by MRT - Khlong Bang Luang Canal Artist's House

I took the MRT to Bang Phai station to visit the Bang Luang Floating Market and the Artist House (Baan Silapin). It is a nice River community, a perfect day out. Easy to combine with a visit to the Paknam Temple with the huge Golden Buddha.
I walked to the Motorcycle stand and took the easy ride towards the village. At the Village I explored a bit and found the Artist's House. Decided to buy some food for the fish and a few chicken sticks for myself.

Our house is near Talingchan floating market and we first toured the artist house and puppet show on the Talingchan boat. It's been a few years since we were there. Still beautiful.

Ha I remember going there a few years ago. Great spot and there was a small shop selling the most delicious small bowl noodles I've ever had. Thanks for the memory - I must take my girl there again.

You can take it with you on MRT, BTS, Buses or taxi. I am waiting for my delivery & I will take with me to BKK (when it is opened) to explore BKK and join you on your ride.

hi J been there i went on a saturday they had a local dance show on on the stage at the entance, very kool to watch,this is a very interesting place to visit ,it was fairly busy when i was there, and quiet a few tourist as well🙏😀👍

You will be more accessible to any places via BTS and MRT If you have a Brompton bike with you because, in my opinion, this brand is the most practical folding bike to carry into the train system (oh I almost forget "Carry Me" bike that is literally smallest bicycle in the market).
