I got a test in the evening that the little daughter of one of our condo guards made a Krathong for me. I was already on the way to benjasiri and turned around to celebrate with them in front of the building. I order pizza for the staff as a thanks for helping me living there as a handicapped and the girl got the leftovers. Love thai people. Even if i don’t understand everything they do, they let me be part of tem ❤️🙏

I think Loy Krathong has lost a lot of fun from the past because There are many prohibitions. Because current Thailand has given importance to Protect the environment This makes the Loy Krathong festival not as fun as before, but it is a good thing. that everyone has turned their attention and given more importance to preserving the environment ❤

กำเนิดเพลงลอยกระทง เฉพาะประวัติของ เนื้อร้องและทำนองเพลงลอยกระทง ก็น่าทึ่งมากแล้ว ใช้เวลาแต่งแค่ 30 นาที แต่โด่งดังคู่ประเทศไทยมายาวนานถึง 75 ปีแล้ว แค่เพลงลอยกระทงก็อายุยาวนานมาถึง 75 ปีแล้ว เพลง “ลอยกระทง” เกิดขึ้นในปีพ.ศ.2492 ตอนที่มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จัดงานวันลอยกระทงขึ้นที่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา มีวงดนตรีสุนทราภรณ์ไปบรรเลงเพลง ทางคณะขอให้แต่งเพลงในงานวันลอยกระทงเป็นที่ระลึก ครูเอื้อ สุนทรสนาน กับ ครูแก้ว อัจฉริยะกุล จึงแต่งเพลงในขณะนั้น โดยครูแก้วเป็นผู้ประพันธ์คำร้อง ส่วนครูเอื้อประพันธ์ทำนอง ใช้เวลาประพันธ์เพลงไม่ถึงครึ่งชั่วโมง แต่งเสร็จ ก็ซ้อมร้อง ซ้อมรำจนลงตัว แล้วก็นำขึ้นร้องและบรรเลงเพลงบนเวทีมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์เป็นครั้งแรกในค่ำคืนนั้น

There is evidence that the Loi Krathong tradition has been around for at least 750 years since the Sukhothai period, and we have continued to organize this tradition every year. However, I do not know whether India has influenced this tradition.
