Fine dining restaurants in NA have great tasting food presented so that it looks great on the plate! At a great cost to the diner. In Thailand the street food, the cuisine, equals the taste of those high end eateries and the food looks just as fabulous, but in a different way! The only difference is visual! The Thai street food isn't a fancy "visual" work of art, it is a "tasty work of art" that looks great but cost a lot less! I have been to Thai street food vendors and food markets in Bangkok and Chiang Mai! I was shocked at the level of how good the food tasted! It's three star Michelin food at street prices! 🦂💘Thailand

As far as I can see, this fried rice is not seasoned with salt, pepper, fish sauce, or any other seasoning.This is the first time I have seen fried rice without seasoning. It looks like there is some seasoning to put on the fried rice when you eat it. I wonder what it is?
