Nog nooit geweest. Misschien bij mijn aankomende reis naar Thailand. Wat de regen betreft, vorig jaar was ik eind september eerst in het noorden. Uiteindelijk gevlucht naar het zuiden Krabi. Ook veel regen rond 20 oktober. Laatste 10 dagen in Bangkok rond gestruind en was het droog.

Het weer tussen Bangkok, het Noorden an de eilanden is vaak heel verschillend. Het kan dagen regenen op Koh Samui terwijl Bangkok droog is.

Ah, one of our under the radar spots (no more😂) a friend has a great condo not far from the pier. Cool island. When we were there last it hit 41c, had to lay low during the hottest hours.

Kim and I did a bike tour on Yao Noi back in December when we were there (right before we met you in Samui). It was a great island for biking around and touring the countryside. Love that you guys are there and looking forward to seeing where you ended up staying.

@@globaltravelmate We're doing great! Missing Thailand for sure. It's great to be able to watch your videos from afar. We continue to dream of a possible retirement/semi-retirement in Thailand. Yao Noi seems like a very sleepy quiet place. Definitely a great location to get away from the noise of the city for a few days. We're returning to Asia in early 2023. We'll be in Bangkok for a week in January, then Vietnam for two weeks, and the last week in Samui in February. Hoping to catch up with some of you while we're there.
