The Google Map link shows a covered market area, according to Streetview, not the street market in the video. It would really help if you just tell us the name of the street or soi.

In Streetview you can "drive" from Thawi Watthana into the parking lot, and then down between 2 buildings. This looks like the road and parking between the 2 buildings, probably set up after the shops have closed.

Der Nachtmarkt ist nur Samstag und Sonntag,unter der Woche ist es ein normaler Marktplatz bis 18 Uhr.Der Markt ist in derPhuttamonton Sai 3 unweit vom Sananmluang 2 Markt (Chaktujak Thonburi).Sehr sauber und noch nicht überteuert.... Waren sind sehr frisch.... The night market is only Saturday and Sunday, during the week it is a normal market place until 6 p.m. The market is in Phuttamonton Sai 3 not far from Sananmluang 2 market (Chaktujak Thonburi). Very clean and not overpriced yet .... Goods are very fresh .... ตลาดกลางคืนมีเฉพาะวันเสาร์และอาทิตย์ ระหว่างสัปดาห์จะเป็นตลาดปกติถึง 18.00 น. ตลาดอยู่ในพุทธมณฑลสาย 3 ไม่ไกลจาก ตลาดสนามหลวง 2 (จตุจักร ธนบุรี) สะอาดมาก ยังไม่แพงเกินไป .... สินค้าสดมาก....
