Assalamu alaikum. Here is an etiquete of Masjid. On entering the masjid first you pray two rakats of dakhalul masjid sunnat prayer. Then Zohar prayers. Don't skip the first 2 rakat sunnat (dakhalul masjid) unless the jamat has already started.
