The Bangladesh Crisis of 1971, also known as the Bangladesh Liberation War, was a devastating conflict that emerged from rising tensions between East and West Pakistan. Discriminatory policies, economic exploitation, and cultural repression against the Bengali-speaking population in East Pakistan led to mass discontent. This escalated when the West Pakistani military launched a brutal crackdown on March 25, 1971, resulting in widespread atrocities, including massacres and targeted violence against civilians. The crisis triggered a mass exodus of refugees into neighboring India and culminated in a war between India and Pakistan. After months of intense fighting, Bangladesh emerged as an independent nation on December 16, 1971, marking the end of one of the bloodiest conflicts in South Asian history.

Sheikh Hasina that means her party Awyami League is with Jamaat-a-islami in 1996 and that time Sheikh Hasina came into power but did not forbade jamaat-e-islami, rather there are some member of parliaments from jamaat-e-islami. And Sheikh Hasina did not file any case or oppression into jamaat-e-islami. In 2001 election, the Coalition of Awyami League and Jamaat-e-islami broke down. So, in that election, jamaat-e-islami is with BNP. From this time, Sheikh Hasina is angry with Jamaat-e-islami, and when she came back into power in 2008, from that time she started the retaliation of jamaat-e-islami.

As I have seen the protest very closely, it can be said that you have missed following points which are directly related to the protest; 1. You have provided a report of CRI (Centre for Research and Information) which is a Pro Awami League institution for doing promotional work for Awami League. 2. Election of 2014, 2018, 2024 were rigged elections done by Sheikh Hasina. No active participation of big oppositions. 3. In her 16 years regime, she has killed or put into jail so many of opposition parties. 4. There was no freedom of speech 5. Media was highly controlled 6. Corruption was at the pick 7. You can see high GDP growth. But it is related to high investment in government projects. Cost of government projects were very high due to excessive corruption 8. No new job creation 9. Excessive misuse of power. 10. High inflation and devaluation of local currency 11. No body can speak against her. 12. Use of judicial power to fulfill the agenda of Hasina 13. Illegal capital flight. 14. EXCESSIVE USE OF POLICE FORCE TO CONTROL THE PROTEST. 15. AS PER UN, 600 PEOPLE WERE KILLED BY POLICE. AS PER OUR ASSUMPTION, THE NUMBER IS MUCH HIGHER. 16. Minority killing was very few. In some places, property of minorities are vandalized. These happened against people who were the supporter of Hasina. In rare case, it happened only there status as minority. But few media have highlighted it through presentation of fake news. The protest was about to calm down but erupted again when a mass grave of students was discovered. The internet was shut down to cover this up. Before August 5, around 600+ students were murdered by the police and Hasina’s goons. When this truth came out, people returned to the streets to demand justice. The police were only supposed to use rubber bullets, tear gas, and in extreme cases, shotguns. However, in many instances, they used Army-grade assault rifles, snipers, and even shot from helicopters. UNICEF reports that 32 children were also killed. What do you expect after that? People were already fed up with her dictatorship. Recent reports suggest that around 90 billion USD were laundered during her 15-year reign. Thousands of enforced disappearances occurred. It was a mass revolution that forced her to flee. What the opposition couldn't achieve in 15 years, the students accomplished within 3 weeks. The total casualties of the revolution are close to 1,000. Please respect it as a revolution, not just a random protest or international conspiracy. (copied)

Hello Nitish, I was a protestor of Bangladesh among Students, I was on the ground the whole time. And your total research isn't correct. You missed many important information, and spread information. Let me clear your concept. The protest was started on 6th July ____ It was peaceful protest, held by Dhaka University students. Note that, there were no leaders at that time. Everyone was concerned about the future and they protested. In the same time, Jagannath University started protesting. The bad time started when Bangladesh's Govt's Student wing (BCL) attacked the protesting students at Shahabag, Dhaka. They used Shareped weapons, they tortured the female students. Many of them got injured. by seeing this type of torturing from the Govt's Student wing, the general students started protesting on the roads of, begum rokeya university, Rangpur. Rajshahi Univeristy, Chittagong Univeristy, Jahangir Nagar university, Note that: they all are public universities. After 16 and 17th July, public universities faced major crack down. here comes our other heroes, All over the Private University students started protesting. POlice and Govt did the same shit to stop, but they didn't and the protest got uprising. Private universities like: Brac University, Northern University, AIUB, IUB etc And the first attack from BCL was on 16th July. After this date, Police open fired to students, They used tear gas, rubber bulets, shot suns pistols. But it didn't stoped us protesting. Bangladesh govt then decided to put BGB (Border Guard Bangladesh) on the roads to stop the protesting with their full power. They used assault riffles. Note that: the whole time they killed thousands of people, and BCL, Bangladesh Awami Leauge, Jubo League were killing students with these forces alongside. After that, Internet got Shut down, Govt put Army on the roads, make curfew. But it didn't make the people of the Bangladesh to stop the protest. Instead it took a beast role on the roads. Students were protesting still now, some of the teachers came on the roads, lawyers etc. On 20/21 july, 7 Students Protestor leaders were kidnaped by the DP Police (Type of CID ). And they said they want to assure their security. I repeat there were 7 leaders who were arrested. I would say not arrested. They were forcefully kidnapped by the govt. See the statement they gave in the video, if you see their " Hand Signs" you would understand the thing. In this time there was no internet, as a result Goverment decided to kill who ever they find, they were cracking down places. At midnight thousands of students got arrested. Approximatly 10,000. After internet came we found the videos of govt doing in these shutdown period. When the Leaders were freed from custody, they called students, and general people to "Long March to Dhaka". And attend the students' protest to make Fasict Hasina resign. Believe me there were cores of people you can't even count was on the road that day. We got Bangladesh 2.0. After that day, we didn't have a govt to play a role. There were no police on the rods or anywhere, as they were terrified of their deeds. So, the robbery took in place to places. There were some incidents where Holy places like Hindu Temples were broken by the bad people. They were all Awami Leagues people who were doing these things to make a bad impression. If you research you could Find a leaked video of whats app groups. Their they planned to attack one last time on the Hindus to make a statement that, While awami league was on the power no minorties were killed or tortured. Beliver me as a man, I never thought a hindu person is from another religion. Its our teaching as a bangladeshi. We students ( By students, I am not just saying University students but also, the students from Madrasa), protected the Hindu Temples and stoped attacks. If you search you will find, two awami leaders were found while they attacking on the temples. Its very clear. So, please Don't make a video and get credit with rumors. There were no terrorists in the country. Muslims aren't terrorists. Keep in mind. SO, research again, and make video again. Make proper research.

You missed a lot of crucial information about Bangladesh politics 🇧🇩 You guys don't want to acknowledge that the Indian Government supported an autocratic government in Bangladesh rather than supporting it's people. Here are a few crucial points that you missed: 1) Sheikh Hasina established a unique form of Autocracy which she kept in a perfect disguise of democracy for the whole world. She won the election in 2008, but every election after that was controlled by her people and the whole election was just for show. She even used the army to fill ballots in the night before election in 2018. In 2024, she made her own political party people to stand as opposition in different constituents which made it seem like she won 224/300 seats, but actually her loyal followers won all the seats. Literally 300/300 seats had her people in it. 2) You mentioned that lives were lost, but didn't mention that the Government forces like Police, BGB & RAB along with the student wing BCL(with semi automatic guns & sharp weapons) attacked students/protestors and killed almost 1000+ (official count still ongoing) of them over the span of just 19 days. 3) The government suppressed the Media, abducted & killed journalists, controlled what news should go out to the public with the help of DGFI & RAB. 4) The government created detention camps like NAZI camps named "Aynaghor" where she abused and oppressed anti-government people in multiple cantonments in the country. People were literally detailed there in 1 sq.ft rooms for 10+ years who recently got released. 5) It was a movement by the oppressed against the oppressor, it was a movement to make Bangladesh democratic again, it was a movement for freedom & liberty by the people, for the people. No third party had any influence here, even the government couldn't understand how to stop this movement because almost 90% citizens of this country was against the government. 6) Yes, there were some incidents where brainless Muslims who doesn't even practice their religion attacked Mandirs & burned homes of Hindu people. But uptil now, no Hindu people were killed just because of their religion, no one was raped or abducted. BNP & Jaamat-e-Islami ordered their members to protect Mandirs along with general people, and they did. The law & order situation is coming under control of the interim government which were chosen by students, not some third party.
