@@thunderop6287You are giving wrong information..For laying transmission lines L&T from India had bid for it and got the 1.5 billion dollar contract..So it's their responsibility to lay the lines( else the cost escalation will have to be borne by them). Also I have read the nuclear agreement between Russia and BD was signed on 2010...You are saying Russia invested 10 billion dollars on advice of India..Are you studying in play school or what? No country will invest even 1 billion dollar on a country the advice of another 3rd country. In fact India had expressed serious reservation when this agreement was signed and wanted an assurance from Russia and BD that this technology will not be used to produce fuel to produce nuclear weapons.

The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) and the Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) are two public sector undertakings (PSUs) that are involved in power transmission in India The quality of work of PSUs of India is far better than Private Companies.
